The opportunity

The Customer Success Manager is in charge of customer happiness. His/Her goals are client satisfaction and client retention. He/she is involved in setting up new accounts, onboard new customers, support and interact with existing customers.   • Support the client with TrackAd technical integration
  • Full training process of the client
  • Manage day to day communications with client once integration is complete
  • Provide ongoing consultative support to the client for existing and new features
  • Provide consulting about Digital Marketing
  • Assist in creating and/or maintaining product documentation such as user guides, FAQ and other training materials
  • Work closely with the Technical Support team to troubleshoot problems

The opportunity

We are looking for a PHP developer to join the Support team of TrackAd.
PHP Support developer will work on TrackAd tools with a focus on maintaining a recently developed project, improving it and supporting users.
He is involved in all the phases of the project lifecycle: specifications, implementation, development, test and support.
His role will be to code, to find smart solutions for complex problems, to contribute his own ideas and to push forward our products as a whole.
He will also have a role to exchange with internal user and clients for support tasks.

Product Product Manager Moscow
The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. His mission is to deliver the best experience to TrackAd’s users. He will ensure that TrackAd and its features fulfill the needs of our clients, while permanently watching the market innovations. Three traits we expect from our futur Product Manager:

  • Insure the relevancy of the development with the needs of the users, the brand and the company’s goals
  • Define new features for front-end and back-end considering mobile and responsive version of the interface
  • Analyse and communicate on features performances based on KPI clearly defined
  • Define and respect the deadlines by executing the projects in agile process
  • Identify the best opportunities and solutions in order to support the growing’s goals of the company, in collaboration with all the internal teams (IT, sales, Outsourcing, Customer Success, Administrative, Marketing…)
Skills and experience
  • From 3 to 5 years experience in digital environment
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attentiveness, organisation, team spirit
  • Powerpoint or Keynote power user
  • Fluent English. Knowledge of French would be a plus.
